The Financial Insecurity Fund is available to anyone living in the Perth & Kinross area who is in receipt of a low income and who is struggling financially. Home Heating Support Fund

Warm Connections is a referral partner for this fund, which makes a financial contribution direct to your energy company to reduce or pay off your fuel debt. Please contact us if you have accumulating fuel debt. 

Cold Weather Payment
