  • Information you provide us about your energy bills, income and other financial support/government benefits

How we store and use your data

  • All information is securely held (password protected) and destroyed 3 years after finishing active contact with you
  • We do not share or pass your data on to anyone else except with your permission (eg referrals to Home Energy Scotland)
  • Warm Connections is being funded by the Energy Redress Scheme; they require quarterly reports, and any information passed on will be anonymous
  • Warm Connections is part of but does not share your data with Aberfeldy Parish Church. View the church policy
